I would highly recommend Steve if you're thinking of having any type of flooring fitted, all aspects of his work were perfection, from the care he took in the preparation and levelling of our floor, to the laying of the click LVT and then all the finishing details, a genuine master craftsman who truly cared about getting the job done to the highest standard, many thanks Steve.

We were let down at the last minute by our regular flooring company and needed to find a Quick Step Master Installer, we found Steve via his website, he arranged to call and did so on the day and time that we agreed, a rare characteristic these days, the area to be fitted was our kitchen and adjoining sitting area which was quite complex and made up of three different floors, concrete, chipboard and floorboards so needed extensive preparation.
We also wanted the new floor to continue on from a previous quick step installation which Steve managed successfully even though the other company said it wasn't possible, it must also be said that Steve provided a very competitive quote and accurate estimate timescale to complete the job, steve turned up again when arranged and at the end of each day the space was left immaculate, a credit to the way Steve works, he also stayed late on a couple of occasions to ensure the job was always on schedule, an excellent job by a true master installer, we have subsequently reused Steve and so have friends and family and ! guess that says everything about the service and standard of workmanship Steve delivers.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Steve whose standard of work,
professionalism and communication throughout our Karndean project was
second to none.
A major water leak in our bungalow resulted in the kitchen/utility room,
hallway/dining room and office needing a complete new flooring install.
Steve took on the work and installed the plywood underlay and 3 different
Karndean floors which took over a week to complete. His standard of work
was exemplary and made a complex and major project as straightforward as
possible.
It was important to us that the person undertaking the work in such
key areas of the house, communicated regularly throughout the project to
minimise the potential for major disruption. He kept us informed from the
initial planning visit to completion, which enabled us to plan around Steve
and kept the disruption to a minimum.
Throughout Steve was polite, trustworthy, respectful, tidy, and clearly
very good and passionate about his work.
The finished result is better than we could have hoped for so thank you
Steve for doing such a great job and making us very happy customers.
